Why this exists

I've spent fourteen years as an account executive in enterprise staffing and professional services. Long enough to watch customer meetings change shape — from one contact and a forty-minute call, into ten-plus stakeholders across three or four hour-long sessions, each one full of things I'd need to remember later.

At some point it became clear I couldn't do both jobs at once. I couldn't be fully present in a meeting and also capture the three or four things that actually mattered. I'd leave knowing something important had been said, and be unable to recall it clearly a day later.

That was the problem. It was mine for a long time before the tools existed to solve it. CoLeaderAI is the tool I wished existed.

Why the product looks the way it does
