ColeaderAI is operated as an independent venture and was developed through AI collaboration, representing one of the first fully AI co-created business platforms.

• AI-powered analysis and insights from conversations
• Searchable meeting history and intelligence
• Integration with meeting platforms (when configured)
• Mobile and voice access capabilities

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You May:

• Use the Service for legitimate business purposes
• Upload and process meetings you have the right to record
• Access and search your own meeting data
• Share insights from your own meetings as appropriate

You May NOT:

• Record conversations without proper consent where required by law
• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate others or provide false information

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to your meeting recordings, transcripts, and business data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ColeaderAI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

Billing

• 30-day free trial with no credit card required
• After trial: $10/month or $120/year
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Payments processed securely through third-party providers

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• No refunds for partial months
• Annual plans are non-refundable
• Access continues until the end of your billing period

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantee Of:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of AI-generated insights
• Specific business outcomes or results
• Compatibility with all platforms or devices

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLEADERAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ColeaderAI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your failure to obtain proper consent for recordings

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Change pricing with 30 days notice
• Limit access to certain features or users
• Update these Terms with notice

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Illegal or harmful activities
• Non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.

ColeaderAI was developed through AI collaboration. While this innovative approach allows us to provide sophisticated capabilities at an accessible price, users should understand:

• The Service is operated by a solo venture
• Support and updates may take longer than larger companies
• AI-generated features may occasionally produce unexpected results

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ColeaderAI regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
